Beyoncé released a new look at the ’22 Days Nutrition’ program that she followed before hitting the Coachella stage. The superstar even confessed to feeling like her ‘body’ wasn’t hers, prior to the diet overhaul.

Beyoncé, 37, said she had a “long way to go” before launching into that infamous “no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol” diet ahead of Coachella 2018. While Bey detailed her notoriously strict food plan in her Netflix documentary Homecoming, released on April 17, she followed that up with a new clip of her weigh-in on day one of Coachella rehearsals. “Good morning, it’s five a.m., and this is day one of rehearsals for Coachella,” the “Hold Up” singer began in a video titled Beyoncé – 22 Days Nutrition, uploaded on July 24. As she stepped onto the scale, she continued, “Every woman’s nightmare…this is my weight, 175. Long way to go. Let’s get it.”

The video revealed that Beyoncé followed the 22-day program for twice its length (44 days total), which was a “100 percent plant-based diet” spearheaded by exercise physiologist and Beyoncé’s friend/trainer, Marco Borges. Beyoncé revealed that after giving birth to twins Rumi and Sir Carter in June 2017 (just shy of a year before Coachella 2018), she “was a woman that felt like [her] body was not [hers].” Enter the 22 Days Nutrition program, as Marco sang its praises in the video: “Plant-based [diet] is really about eliminating all the overly processed foods that don’t do us any good anyways. When you’re eating plant based you’ll definitely have more energy, you’ll definitely sleep better, you’re definitely going to have improved complexion, your mood is going to change completely.”

Beyoncé had previously revealed she weighed 218 pounds right after the birth of her twins. It was an especially difficult pregnancy compared to the 2012 birth of Blue Ivy Carter, who’s now seven. “I had an extremely difficult pregnancy. I had high blood pressure. I developed toxemia, preeclampsia,” the megastar revealed in her Netflix documentary. “And in the womb, one of my babies’ hearts paused a few times so I had to get an emergency C-section.” It was an unexpected pregnancy for Beyoncé, which made her give up her set at Coachella 2017.

Beyoncé may have expanded her diet beyond plants since Coachella, but she still showed off an amazing figure in a high-cut gold gown at the London premiere for The Lion King on July 19. BRB while we fill our bowls with kale now.

Vinny Guadagnino showed off his body in new before and after pics on Instagram due to sticking to the Keto diet.

Vinny Guadagnino, 31, has been keeping track of his Keto diet journey on his Instagram, KetoGuido, and the Jersey Shore star’s latest post yesterday boasted his transformation thus far in two selfies of his shirtless body. “The question of ‘how long of time in between these pictures’ is not the important question to ask here in terms of ‘how long did it take to get from left to right’ … I’ve always been able to get from left to right in a matter of months by committing to almost ANY diet and workout plan,” Vinny said.

“But after being done with those miserable diets and workout plans I would always go back from right to left… so the question of ‘how long of time between these pictures’ IS important for the reason of ‘how long I’ve been able to STAY the guy on the right,'” he continued. “The answer to that question is about 4-5 years now. How did I do that? Basically flipping the traditional food pyramid upside down and finding a way of eating that’s enjoyable, satisfying, healthy, and one that never requires me to go on a ‘diet.'”

Vinny has shared photos of meals that he has eaten on his Instagram page while sticking to the Keto diet, including scrambled eggs and bacon tacos, lobster, and steak and asparagus. In a recent post, he talked about how he doesn’t strictly require himself to always be in “ketosis.” Vinny revealed in a caption, “My general way of eating is this: real natural whole foods (plants and animals), sugar free, grain free, processed food free, hydrogenated vegetable oil free, higher fat, moderate protein, low carb mixed with exercise and intermittent fasting.”

“When I follow this way of life, I live freely, don’t count calories or macros, and enjoy delicious varieties of meals and sometimes i am in ketosis and sometimes i am not,” he continued. “If I want to go into fat burning mode and kick it up a notch i will more strictly follow the ratio of the Ketogenic diet with apps and such, but the idea of my life is to not stress about what you eat and how much you eat all year round.” That sounds like a good idea to us! We’re glad that Vinny feels healthy and confident in his body – that’s what’s important, after all!

Kourtney Kardashian and Penelope Disick twinned in black outerwear for a mommy-daughter outing in Italy, after making their way from France! They even coordinated with matching handbags.

A black blazer for mom, and a black sweater for mini me! Kourtney Kardashian, 40, and Penelope Disick, 6, brought Los Angeles fashion to the picturesque brick streets of Porto Cervo in coordinating black outerwear for a mommy-daughter outing in the coastal Italian town on July 29. They adorably held one another’s hand, and used the other to hold matching glossy handbags (Penelope’s was red, while Kourt sticked to black). Kourtney went full throttle in the menswear theme, as she opted for the popular trend of combining a loose pair of trousers with a bralette top. Meanwhile, Penelope took a cue from Calabasas’ cool style guide and layered a plain white T-shirt with denim jeans.

Kourtney is on vacation with her and Scott Disick’s other two children as well — Mason, 9, and Reign, 4 — as they were all seen on-board a yacht in Corsica, France on July 27. This season of ‘The Bachelorette’ has been quite a whirlwind for Hannah Brown, but one thing that stayed consistent is that she ALWAYS looked amazing!

Hannah Brown went through a LOT while serving as the lead on season 15 of The Bachelorette, and as her season comes to a close, we’re looking back at some of her best looks from the show. Angelina Jolie indulged in ‘me time.’ During opening weekend of ‘Once Upon A Time in Hollywood,’ the ‘Eternals’ star emerged from the salon with a dewy complexion.

Brad Pitt, 55, looked dapper at the premiere of Once Upon A Time in Hollywood on July 22, and it was now Angelina Jolie’s turn to steal looks! On the Friday opening of Quentin Tarantino’s new film (July 26), the 44-year-old actress gave us flashbacks to her sultry character in Mr. & Mrs. Smith in a lacy black satin tank top that she wore for a visit to a Los Angeles salon. She coordinated the camisole with a pair of loose black trousers and equally-chic tortoiseshell sunglasses, and her head-to-toe black ensemble lent more attention to the beautiful glow on her face and hair.

Being the supermom she is, it’s rare to see Angie without any of her six kids Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Vivienne and Knox,11, by her side. The actress is currently in between filming, as she wrapped up shooting for Those Who Wish Me Dead in New Mexico and is waiting to start work in London for Marvel’s newly announced Eternals film. But don’t expect to see too many of these solo Angelina outings. She doesn’t plan to leave her children for long periods of time, even when work calls! “She wants them to have time with Brad and they are spending time with him, but she is way too attached to just take off and leave them for the summer, that isn’t happening,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife. Although Angelina brought the kids with her to Albuquerque earlier this summer, she does have an arrangement with Brad before fall rolls around.

“The kids will spend time with their dad this summer but they will see him at his Los Feliz home the way they always do,” the source continued to explain. “They have an agreement in place and they see him several times a week, they have a schedule and it’s all very coordinated. The kids go with drivers and get dropped off and picked up at his house so that Angelina and Brad don’t have to see each other every time.”

Cara Delevingne, 26, looked white hot in a lace dress for her panel of Carnival Row during San Diego Comic Con on July 20. Her hair was pulled into a sleek, chic bun, and now her stylist Mara Roszak is breaking down the exact style! Her bun was sculptural and modern, but it’s easy to do it yourself! Mara used Biolage products to get the look.

She first applied Biolage Smoothing Shine Milk on damp hair to prep it for a frizz free blowout. She then brushed Cara’s hair back from her ace, gathering it tightly on the top of her head into a high pony. “To get the perfect high pony with no bumps, it takes a few tries, just keep brushing, smoothing, and pulling until it’s all in one tight elastic,” she told us. Then Mara took the tail of the ponytail and twisted it to create a 1/2 loop, with the ends sticking out of one side. Pin in place. To keep the style perfect, she used Biolage Freeze Fix Humidity Resistant Hairspray ALL over the head. To further lock the style and smooth fly aways, Mara sprayed a bit of the hairspray on her fingers and patted down any frizzy areas.

Laverne Cox partied like it’s Beyoncé’s 25th birthday again. The actress recreated the iconic hairstyle from Bey’s ‘B’Day’ album cover for her red carpet look at the ‘Orange Is The New Black’ Season 7 premiere!

Just like the lead single on Beyoncé’s 2006 B’Day album, we experienced “Déjà Vu” after seeing Laverne Cox, 47, at the Orange Is The New Black premiere on July 25. The Netflix star’s hair was identical to the swept-up ‘do and heavy fringe that Bey modeled on her second studio album cover, right down to that honey-beige shade. But Laverne’s aughts-inspired hairstyle wasn’t her only standout feature at the premiere, as she graced the event in a strapless gown with a cascading trail of purple tulle. She complemented her dress’s lavender skirt with a pop of bright purple on her eyelids, and the dramatics were appropriate considering that she’s celebrating the final season of OITNB.

“Orange Is The New Black means the world to me. It’s a show that has changed my life. That’s changed the lives of people all over the world, particularly LGBTQ people, people of color, this show is everything to me,” Laverne gushed on the red carpet, after the actress was asked what does the show “represent” for her. Laverne made a name for herself after landing the role of Sophia Burset in OITNB, which premiered in 2013. Since then, Laverne was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for “Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series” in 2014, becoming the first ever transgender person to ever earn a nod for an Emmy! Adding to her successful track record was another Emmy nomination, that time for “Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series,” in 2019.

Laverne reflected on her red carpet transformation throughout the years before attending the premiere on Thursday, comparing side-by-side photos of her 2013, 2014 and 2016 looks. “I have been reflecting a lot on the woman I was when the first season premiered 6 years ago and who I am now. Oh how my red carpet looks have evolved! (Exhibit A! 🤔),” she captioned the Instagram post, adding, “More importantly, however, oh how I have grown and evolved as a human being, spiritually, artistically! And all of you have been there, every step of the way. You have been cheering me on, loving me and in the process giving others hope that though they have been reviled, on the outside, that they can be invited in, that they can be loved, that they are deeply lovable.”

Self-care is the health trend beloved by burnt out millennials, but writer Erin Foster thinks that taking time for yourself should be go beyond getting a facial.

Beauty treatments are fun and so are yoga retreats but, when it comes to self-care, Erin Foster thinks that we shouldn’t forget about therapy. The 36-year-old comedy writer – who was the keynote speaker at the Create & Cultivate Self Care Summit in Los Angeles on July 20 – made that clear during an EXCLUSIVE interview with HollywoodLife. The daughter of acclaimed music producer David Foster explained why good old fashioned talk therapy is even more valuable in the long run than a facial.

“I think that self-care is looking at the things that are challenging to look at in yourself and trying to work on them and make your life better,” Erin told us. “Because living in denial, getting a manicure and a facial, does not make you happy. It can relax you for 45 minutes but, if you haven’t faced who you truly are and you haven’t faced the challenges and the things you have to get better at, the facial doesn’t actually help you. It might make your skin nicer, but it’s hard to relax during that hour because you’re living a lie.”

Erin, who admitted during her keynote talk that she has had therapy, added, “So, I think the most joy I get out of something – and I have an easier time actually enjoying self-care perks like yoga or a massage or whatever – is when I’m living my life in a way that I’m proud of. I think self-care is doing the things you need to do to be happy. And, for sure a facial can make you happy, but I think working on yourself and accepting certain things in your life and getting better at it and getting more comfortable with who you are, that’s sustainable happiness. A facial only lasts for a week.”

Erin is happy to talk about therapy openly because she thinks it’s something that should be part of life, just like other forms of self-care. “I think that therapy is something that should be used preventively as much as possible,” she said. “So, if you’re in a relationship you should go into therapy before you’re divorcing. Go to a therapist so you never end up wanting to get a divorce. [If] you go to therapy when there’s a small issue, then you actually learn to communicate around it and then it stops you from hating each other one day.”

Erin, who is currently happily dating entrepreneur Simon Tikhman, said, “I don’t see therapy as a failure. I see therapy as a safe place where you can talk about the things that are haunting you to someone who’s not going to judge you about them and then you can release them. And I think everyone needs that.”

Another thing that Erin believes is great for self-care is switching off from technology and social media for some time each day, being present in the moment and taking time to enjoy life – real life. For someone who (along with her sister Sara Foster) is the Head of Creative at the dating and social networking app Bumble, this may seem counterintuitive to say. Erin is also no slouch when it comes to social media. (She has 467,000 Instagram followers to date.) Most recently she shared pics from her glam family vacation in Europe (which included a June 28 stop in London so that her dad David could wed singer Katharine McPhee). But taking those images didn’t come at the expense of enjoying the real life moments that created them.

“I think anything that is fun and a big part of your life can also be a toxic part of your life if you overuse it,” Erin said. “So, I make an effort to not be the person that is never present in my interactions. I’m not the person that every conversation I have, my arm’s up and I’m just photographing myself and videoing myself at every interaction. I really try to have real interactions in my life for myself and the people around me.”

Damian Hurley, 17, is absolutely gorgeous, and it’s no wonder — his mom is the stunning Liz Hurley, 54. Liz actually modeled a replica of the dress for a spread in the April 2019 issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Kate’s new do’ is courtesy of her role in the forthcoming action-comedy film, Jolt, in which she stars as Lindy — a murderous woman with anger issues, which she controls with the use of an electrode-lined vest she uses to shock herself back to normalcy. The film, in theaters in 2020, follows Lindy as she copes with the murder of the first guy she’s ever fallen for. After the murder, Lindy goes on a revenge-fueled rampage to find the killer, while police pursue her as their main suspect. Jolt also stars, Laverne Cox, Stanley Tucci, Bobby Cannavale and Jai Courtney.

Sofia Richie and Scott Disick enjoyed a lunch date at Malibu Country Mart on Monday after her girls’ trip with Kylie Jenner. The couple rocked denim looks on their day out in the Malibu sun. Sofia, 20, wore mid-length, frayed jean shorts with a simple black tank, while Scott, 36, wore blue jeans and a white tee. Both the model and businessman (and self-proclaimed Lord) shielded their eyes with black sunnies. It must’ve been a scorcher in Malibu that day, as Sofia shared that it was “so damn hot,” in a series of selfies on Instagram yesterday. The couple reunited after Sofia’s Turks & Caicos vacation with Kylie’s girl squad last week. Kylie and Sofia have been closer than ever these days, especially after the mother-of-one cut ties with her former best friend, Jordyn Woods after news of her apparent hookup with Khloe Kardashian‘s now ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson back in February. “Kylie went from spending so much of her time with Jordyn, that she had to find other ways to fill that space in her life,” a source previously told HollywoodLife, adding that Kylie started “nurturing” other friendships in her life, including her relationship with Sofia after the drama.

Over the past few months, Khloe Kardashian has sparked plastic surgery rumors among fans with a noticeably more trim nose. Now she says she just went too far with makeup contouring.

Khloe Kardashian has revealed her beauty secrets in a top to bottom cosmetics tutorial video for Vogue. In the process, she helped shut down rumors that she recently had a nose job. The 35-year-old used a matte palette and said “‘One of my favorite things is nose contour, but this does stress me out a little bit because…in person, and how cameras reflect and light, everything looks different. ‘So sometimes I will contour my nose and in real life I think I look so good and then in some photos I look crazy!”  Khloe revealed. You can see her discuss it at the 6:44 mark in the video above.

“Now this is basically nose contouring for dummies,” she explained as she showed how she used a contouring brush from her eyelids all the way down the sides of her nose to give it a slimming effect. Then she used it on the tip of her nose to make it look smaller.

Khloe confessed that sister Kim, 38, is able to see how much her face can change based on who her makeup artist was. “Kim loves to play this game where she guesses who did my makeup that day. Because everyone has their own technique, and I do know that some people make my face look different,” the Good American jeans founder explained. “I think that’s really cool, I mean it doesn’t offend me, I think it’s just what makeup is supposed to do.”

On at least two occasions recently fans freaked out over how different Khloe’s nose looked. When she appeared on Laura Wasser‘s podcast Divorce Sucks With Laura Wasser in May of 2019,  after the video was released fans freaked. “What in the KrisJenner happen to Khloe’s nose? Girl…u did not need more plastic surgery….love thy beautiful self!” one fan tweeted at the time. Khloe’s nose appeared much smaller with the tip slightly upturned

In a June 21 Instagram pic, Khloe’s nose looked super slim once again and it set her followers off. “Where is Khloé? This picture isn’t her,” one fan insisted in the comments.”What happened to your nose?” another person questioned. “Is it me, or does she look different in every one of her pictures? She’s still gorgeous though! ❤️” a user added. Well, now they have their answer as Khloe just sometimes goes overboard with her nose contouring.

To adapt to motherhood and a child with wandering feet, Khloe Kardashian learned how to do makeup ‘really quickly’ and without relying on too many ‘wet’ products. She filmed a step-by-step tutorial featuring none other than True!

It’s a GRWM for moms! Khloe Kardashian, 35, gave the lowdown on contouring, essential oils and more in an updated version of her beauty routine since becoming a mother to True Thompson, 1, in a video for Vogue on July 17. It was only appropriate that True made a cameo in the tutorial, who looked adorable in a pink dress and mini hair buns. In between showing off beauty products, Khloe planted kisses on True’s face to the toddler’s delight — that is, before True took off in Koko’s mansion!

“Since becoming a mom… this is what I do, I literally locked my front door, my bedroom door, so she can’t get out, so she’s kind of trapped,” Khloe joked in the video. “And normally, I allow her to have free reign because I have baby gates, ’cause then I chase after her.” But even with baby gates, Khloe revealed she has to “run after” True if her daughter is silent “for too long” — explaining why she had to revamp her beauty routine! “So I had to learn how to do makeup really quickly and not do too many wet things, because then once it’s wet and I have to run after her, it’s gonna set really weird and then I’m gonna look super blotchy,” the new mother explained.

Khloe wasn’t kidding — the tutorial didn’t run over 15 minutes! To prep her face, Khloe applied witch hazel toner, EltaMD skin care, and Drunk Elephant’s Lala Retro Whipped Cream mixed with Tom Ford’s foundation stick in the “Traceless” shade. Kourtney added that she likes to “pile on the oils” more than ever, because “after a baby you just get kind of depleted.”

Malika Haqq is opening up about her struggles with anxiety, and is offering up her advice for how to handle it!

Malika Haqq’s schedule is filled with important appointments, collabs, photoshoots, and of course, devising the perfect Instagram clapbacks. Khloe Kardashian’s BFF spoke to HollywoodLife.com, exclusively, while promoting her partnership with beam, a Boston-based CBD wellness brand that uses organic, pharmaceutical grade, full-spectrum CBD products, 100% free of THC. In addition to using CBD oil to manage her stress and anxiety, Malika revealed that her workout regimen and diet are also super important to her overall wellness! “I’ve always had a very small, petite frame, and I wasn’t working out because I wanted to lose weight, I was working out because it was good for me — mind, body, and soul. And having anxiety issues, working out is really good for you, to get your blood pumping,” Malika explained in an interview with HL. “It helped me kind of manage and control how I was dealing with stress, and it did make me feel better about myself.”

She added that although she does watch what she eats, Malika allows herself to have a cheat day every Sunday! “As long as I stay consistent with my workout, I allow myself to indulge,” she explained. Most recently, the LA native has been indulging in beam’s protein bars! “I really have not been a huge fan of protein bars, I would rather have vegetables and chicken or vegetables and salmon,” she explained. But “beam actually has a really yummy protein bar, my favorite is the vanilla coconut, so I will have, that’s something that I will have in the morning before a workout.”

Malika continued to discuss the importance of balancing her stress, with CBD. “My number one issue that I wanted to address, which CBD has been mostly helpful with, is my anxiety. If you go to a doctor, they’re going to give you medication, which is what I relied on for a very, very long time, but I’m not the pill-popping kind of girl!” she said. “I feel like I’ve made a better choice for myself to go from prescription medication for anxiety to CBD oil. I’m not saying I’m the healthiest girl, I still eat artificial stuff. I enjoy myself, but I still really care about what I put in my body on a regular basis.”

Kylie Jenner ended her Turks and Caicos trip with a bang when she showed off her incredible figure in a sexy cutout yellow swimsuit.

Kylie Jenner, 21, has been having an amazing time on her girls trip to Turks and Caicos and has rocked a slew of seriously sexy outfits while away. Her latest look may just be our favorite, though, as she posted a picture of herself and her friend, Yris Palmer, sitting on a boat wearing sexy bathing suits. The outfit showed off Kylie’s insanely toned abs, which were on full display in the crop top, while the pants hugged her curvaceous behind. She topped her look off with a pair of clear PVC Yeezy thong sandals and left her black hair down in natural waves.

The mother-of-one also looked stunning in a skintight sheer powder blue Jacquemus Rib Knit One Shoulder Maxi Dress, which had an insanely plunging neckline that started all the way at her hip, revealing her tanned and toned legs. We haven’t heard too much about Kylie Skin since the controversy following the brand’s first launch. Kylie was criticized for the products, which used ingredients that some consumers branded as too harsh for skin. While Kylie’s been hard at work at her beauty empire behind the scenes, she’s also been focusing on family. In fact, she’s been thinking about having a second child with boyfriend Travis Scott, a source close to the makeup magnate told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “Kylie has always said she’d love to get pregnant before 2019 is done, so nobody would be surprised if she was. There was actually a moment this spring where she thought she was pregnant, but it ended up being a false alarm. She and Travis are not necessarily trying, but if it happens, it happens, and they’d be elated.”

The Billionaire just appeared on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, but she wasn’t actually the focus of that shoot. Her one-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, was! The baby’s first magazine cover also starred her grandma, Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner. The three generations of Jenner women all donned leopard outfits for the shoot. Stormi wore an adorable, leopard sundress, while Kylie rocked a leopard blouse, stockings, and sunglasses to accent a black ensemble. Chic!

Summer is here, so skin-baring clothing options  are everywhere right now. One classic way to show some skin is rocking a dress with cut outs. The actress always kills it with her style choices, and she didn’t disappoint at the after-party for the Spider-Man: Far From Home premiere on June 26. The Euphoria star dazzled in a green Balmain gown that featured cutouts on her ribs and cleavage. The fringe dress was such a statement in itself that Zendaya opted not to accessorize and let the look speak for itself. Smart move!

You can also bank on this look not going out of style any time soon. Bella Hadid made cut outs look sexy during Milan Fashion Week when she wore them on the runway for Alberta Ferretti on Feb. 20. The gorgeous gown from the designer’s Fall Winter 2019 collection consisted of a white satin skirt and a body armor-esque silver bodice with openings on her toned abs. So at least you’ll know you’ll still be able to re-wear your outfit for months to come!

Kim Kardashian took an even more daring approach to the trend when she attended the 5th annual Hollywood Beauty Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 17. For the event, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star miraculously avoided a wardrobe malfunction in a strappy vintage Mugler dress that showed an unbelievable amount of her chest.

Of course, we’re not all Kardashians and it definitely takes a Kim Kardashian level of confidence to wear something like that, but it’s still an interesting jumping off point for figuring out what you can do with cut outs on a dress. Serena Williams is stunning in new photos from her ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ cover shoot! She bared her backside in unedited photos and penned a powerful essay about last year’s controversial match at the US Open.

Serena Williams, 37, showed off her incredibly athletic figure on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar for the magazine’s August issue. The cover, which is accompanied by numerous, unretouched photos and a candid essay, shows the 23-time Grand Slam winner in a sparkling gold dress by Stella McCartney. Inside the magazine, Serena bares her muscular legs and perky backside in a Ralph Lauren gold cape and Christian Louboutin heels.

The new issue, which celebrates “the strength and beauty of women in their most authentic states,” is all about Serena speaking her truth. She pens a powerful essay about her memorable loss to Naomi Osaka, 21, in the 2018 U.S.  Serena not only becomes vulnerable about the “excruciating” match, but apologizes to her opponent after her own reaction to the loss overshadowed Naomi’s win. Nonetheless, the tennis legend doesn’t regret using her voice to stand up for change.

“This incident — though excruciating for us to endure —exemplified how thousands of women in every area of the workforce are treated every day,” Serena wrote for the August issue. “We are not allowed to have emotions, we are not allowed to be passionate. We are told to sit down and be quiet, which frankly, is just not something I’m OK with. It’s shameful that our society penalized women just for being themselves.”

Serena took to Instagram on Tuesday, where she expressed how happy she was to write the first-person piece. “I’m proud to use my voice and words to share an essay on the raw feelings I had during a match we may all remember,” Serena wrote on Instagram alongside a shot from the photoshoot.

Ronaldo, 34, stripped down to his underwear for new ads promoting his High-Summer 2019 CR7 Underwear collection campaign, and they’re so hot, it kind of hurts to look at them. In the new pics, Ronaldo is wearing just a skimpy pair of boxer briefs that leave little to the imagination. One pic shows the Juventus F.C. forward sitting on the edge of a bed with rumpled sheets, relaxing in a pair of red underwear emblazoned with “CR7”. His hair is slicked back, and his abs are intense. Just look at that six-pack! In the second pic (you can see both below), Ronaldo is kneeling on the bed while stripping off a white t-shirt with his back to the camera, getting ready for… something. He’s wearing a matching pair of white boxer briefs, and his butt and thighs are perfect.

Emma Roberts is officially back to black! The actress ditched her long honey blonde hair for brand new dark brunette locks & she looks gorgeous!

Emma Roberts, 28, has been switching up her hair a ton these past few months, and the actress just dyed her her a deep brunette on Monday, July 8. Emma headed to her go-to salon, Nine Zero One, in West Hollywood, when she entered with her blonde hair, and left with a totally different look. Emma’s new hair is a dark brown, that almost looks black, and she left the salon with her new dark hue, with her gorgeous shoulder-length hair, down in loose beach waves. Before dying her locks, Emma entered the salon with her blonde hair clipped up into a messy bun in the back of her head, while rocking a casually chic outfit. She opted to wear a pair of Daisy Dukes with a white T-shirt tucked in. She topped off her denim cutoff shorts with a cream Re/Done x Attico Cropped Chunky-Knit Wool Cardigan on top. Emma accessorized her look with a pair of tan lace-up By Far Lada Boots, tortoise Garrett Leight x Clare V. Sunglasses, and a Louis Vuitton Giant Monogram On-the-go Bag.

While we were totally loving Emma’s blonde hair, we have to admit she pulls off her dark hair perfectly. Plus, we didn’t even get enough time to enjoy her blonde hair, considering that was pretty new, too. Emma got her hair done at Nine Zero One salon in LA on April 24, when she arrived with a dark brown bob, and after receiving a five hour hair treatment, she left with dirty blonde hair that ended just below her breasts. She styled her brand new locks in effortless wispy waves, which showed off her honey highlights and new bright blonde hue. Shortly after leaving the salon, Emma posted a gorgeous selfie of herself with her new hairdo, writing the caption, “Annnnnd we’re back. Sunrise blonde & whisper waves.”

We never know what hairstyle Emma is going to surprise us with next. She is constantly switching up her hairstyle, but her short dark brunette bob lasted for quite awhile. Just when we though her brunette bob was here to stay, the actress completely switched up her look and debuted stunning, long blonde hair. Then, when we thought that would last the entire summer, she went back to brunette!

Throughout the past two years, Emma has switched up her hair from bright red, to light brown, to short and long, and now a gorgeous long blonde and we can’t decide which hair makeover of hers was our favorite, they’re all just too good.
